Never mind the weather!

Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain! 

The fun goes on whatever the weather at Holmbush Farm. There's plenty to do indoors - or if you're young enough to still love the wet stuff just check out the fun one rain-loving visitor had recently with an overflowing gutter!! 

Her mum, Nicola, said: "We've spent many happy days at the farm and held about six birthday parties there but I think this rainy day visit was one of the best yet, despite the weather!!!" Come splash with us soon!

Who's a pretty boy then!

We love it when there are special events down on the farm and today we have Steve from Animazing with his incredible snakes and spiders, not to mention the adorable Dudley - his friendly parrot. More special visitors will be with us all through half term so do come and visit soon and check our events calendar  for full details.

Our little foal, Tabatha, is growing up fast. She loves meeting our visitors and coming out of the animal barns for a munch on the grass. Check her out with her mum, Trixie.

We're throwing our weight behind the fund-raising activities of local schools and charities by giving away 100 free family entry tickets to community good causes. Snakes and more...

Steve from Animazing has been on the farm today - amazing!

Steve's been keeping exotic mammals, reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates for over 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. The kids loved interacting with his collection and handling the animals. They learnt a lot in a completely safe and secure environment. He'll be back in June and July if you missed him today!

Tom foolery all day!

Tom the Jester has been at the farm today - a loveable fool created by Tomfoolery - a young dynamic children's entertainer with bags of energy! His simple tricks and stunts had the children shrieking with delight and keen to join in. He's a regular to the farm so if you missed him this time watch out for him again on April 12 and on dates throughout the summer. Come on down to see him falling and fooling around all day. It's a great chance for children to learn some simple circus skills.

New addition!

Exciting news! We've got an adorable new addition. Check her out - this is Tabatha our new born foal with her clever mum, Trixie. Do come and see her soon, she is so georgeous!
